Refund Policy


You shall be entitled to a refund for your prepaid Orders only in the event of any of the following circumstances:  

Your Products delivered have been tampered or damaged or spilled at the time of delivery and before you accepted the delivery from the delivery person. 
If we deliver a wrong item to you which is different from what was placed using our "Service".
We canceling your order due to some of the following reasons but not limited to : Beyond delivery zones, Products not available to deliver due to stock unavailability or some operational purposes.
All refunds will be credited back to the source. It may take between 5 to 30 working days for the money to show in your bank account depending on your bank’s policy. In case you place a wrong order, you shall not be entitled to any return or refund.
